Social media agency — Birmingham — est. 2015

Social media,
built like
a system.

Strategy, production, community and paid social in one department structure. No freelancer roulette, no content that arrives on the day it was meant to be published.

Five departments. One accountable team.

We organised the agency the way a working in-house social team is organised, because that is the structure that actually delivers every day.

Strategy

Audience research, channel selection, content pillars and a measurable plan for the next two quarters. Written down, signed off, revisited quarterly.

  • Audience & competitor research
  • Channel & format strategy
  • Content pillars & tone
  • Measurement framework

Production

Copy, design, motion and short-form video produced to a weekly cadence. Everything reviewed against the plan before it reaches your inbox.

  • Static & carousel design
  • Short-form video & motion
  • Copywriting in your voice
  • Photography days

Community

Comments, DMs, reviews and escalations handled by named people with a written response policy — including what to do when something goes wrong.

  • Daily inbox & comment cover
  • Escalation & crisis protocol
  • Sentiment tracking
  • UGC sourcing & permissions

Paid social

Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest campaigns built from the organic learnings, with creative testing plans rather than one hero asset.

  • Campaign structure & targeting
  • Creative testing roadmap
  • Budget pacing
  • Conversion tracking review

Analysis

Monthly reporting that says what happened, why, and what changes next month. Two pages, not forty slides nobody opens.

  • Channel & content reporting
  • Benchmarks vs sector
  • Test results & decisions
  • Quarterly review workshop

Training & handover

Some clients want us to build the machine and then hand it over. We run workshops for in-house teams, write the playbooks, set up the tooling and step back when you are ready — a service we would rather offer openly than lose you quietly to it later.

  • In-house team workshops
  • Playbooks & templates
  • Tooling & workflow setup
  • Three-month supported handover
02

The monthly rhythm.

The same four weeks, every month, so nobody has to ask where anything is.

Week 1

Plan

Calendar built from the strategy and last month’s results, sent for approval by the third working day.

Week 2

Produce

Design, copy and video created in one batch. One consolidated round of feedback, not a trickle.

Week 3

Publish

Scheduling, community cover and paid campaigns live. Daily monitoring, weekly check-in note.

Week 4

Assess

Reporting, test conclusions and next month’s recommendations, discussed on a 30-minute call.

Community is not a channel. We treat it as a department.
03

Channels we run properly.

We would rather run four channels well than nine badly, and we will say so in the first meeting.

Instagram

Reels-first with a considered grid. Strong on retail, hospitality, beauty and lifestyle brands.

TikTok

Native, fast, hook-led. Produced weekly rather than in occasional expensive bursts.

LinkedIn

Company page plus employee and founder programmes. Our strongest channel for B2B clients.

Facebook

Still decisive for local, community and 45+ audiences. Groups and events included.

YouTube

Shorts and longform, with titles, thumbnails and chapters treated as part of the work.

Pinterest

Underrated for home, food, wedding and retail brands with a long consideration cycle.

Evidence, not showreels.

Hospitality group, 14 sites

Fourteen locations posting separately with no consistency. We built a hub-and-spoke model: central production, local flexibility, one approval route.

LinkedIn from a standing start, combining company content with an employee advocacy programme across sales and engineering.

Consumer brand, national retail

Organic learnings fed straight into paid creative testing, with a monthly rotation of hooks and formats instead of one hero campaign.

“It is the first agency where I know exactly what is happening in week three without asking.”

Head of Marketing, hospitality group

“They told us to drop two channels in the first month. Revenue went up. That is unusual honesty.”

Answers.

Do you need access to our accounts?

Yes, through Meta Business Manager and the equivalent partner tools, so access is granted to our agency account rather than to individuals. You keep ownership and can revoke it in one click.

How much of our time will this take?

Roughly two hours a month: one approval pass on the calendar and one 30-minute review call. Anything more than that means we have not understood the brand well enough yet.

Can you work with our existing designer?

Happily. We will use your templates and brand assets and produce only what is missing. Several clients keep design in-house and buy strategy, community and paid from us.

What happens if something goes wrong publicly?

Every account has a written escalation protocol agreed at onboarding: who is contacted, how quickly, what is said publicly and what is not. Out-of-hours cover is included on the Works retainer and available as an add-on elsewhere.

Do you lock clients into long contracts?

Three months to start, because nothing meaningful can be judged in less. After that it is rolling with 30 days’ notice.

Who actually does the work?

Our in-house team of twelve in Birmingham. We use trusted freelancers for specialist video and photography only, and we tell you when we do.

Do you work outside the Midlands?

About half our clients are elsewhere in the UK. Onboarding is done in person where possible; everything after that works perfectly well remotely.

Send us your channels and what you want to change. You will get a written proposal with a plan, a price and a start date — usually within three working days, always without a pitch theatre.
